Periods farther apart your most fertile time is later in your ovulation cycle?

Is it true that if your periods are farther apart that your most fertile time is at the end of your ovulation cycle? My periods are always 31 days apart and my last period was the 16th. Does anyone know if it’s true about the ovulation and does anyone know when about I would have been the most fertile?

The luteal phase (ovulation to period) stays the same – the follicular phase (period to ovulation) can change. Most women’s luteal phase is 14 days (about 80% of women) which means you would ovulate on CD17. However, a luteal phase can be between 12 and 16 days meaning you could ovulate between CD15 and CD19. You can get pregnant 3 days before that day and 1 day after. I used OPKs (ovulation prediction kits) and they worked really well to tell me when I was ovulating.

Mine are around 30-34 days apart but I’m more fertile right after my period… Every girl is different.
