i know i was only … i know i was only kidding, you are very informative, i just dont like the ppl that have extremely flashy colors on their bike and cover their bike with beads and crap all over the spokes with small stubby handlebars, they make riding a horrible fashion statement or something. i dont mind ppl that ride track bikes though, theyre cool
“Ask any old school … “Ask any old school pro about improving technique and they will tell you to ride a fixed gear bike. This tradition continues today in Europe. Almost all of the European Pros spend their first few months of training on a fixed gear bike. Benefits of fixed gear training:
Develop a faster, smoother spin.
Increase your power.
Focus on technique not speed.”
TKONESOCK, “What is … TKONESOCK, “What is Lance doing? ”
He is having fun with his mates you mupet, do you have friends? do you understand the cocept of going out with your buddys for a muck around and just having a laugh on your bike.
Tool of the week goes to you my friend
these guys are … these guys are idiots most of them are just trying to go extremely fast, if you want to go fast then get some gears, same with lance, what the is he doing? trying to be “hip”?? he is already a cool guy in my book, he doesnt have to ride a fixed gear. if he is gonna ride a fixed gear ride a track bike at least
What, they let the … What, they let the dude on the Cinelli ride with them and he’s using a + rise stem. That is against the law…
I also want to know the logic of pulling your headset cups to transport. If the handling is that bad, your frame likely has more problems than the headset. Seems unnecessary.
Cool vid though. The guy riding shirtless…with a keg…sweet as!
i ride 50/20, and i … i ride 50/20, and i must say that my knees are no weaker now than they were when i was in highschool, if anything, theyre stronger and have more muscle developed around them from the constant use.
i mean, obviously as time goes on the human body weakens, but consistent exercise strengthens the body, not weakens it.
mate the first … mate the first bikes ever were fixed gears, and your thinking of a track bike not fixed gear can be applyed to anything. you make a fair point, but is trivial as fuck.
